How It Works

Carepods patients with traditional Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan request an appointment online or by phone.

Step 2:
At the first appointment, our primary care physicians meet the patient to better understand their medical care needs.

Step 3:
Carepods patients are assigned a physician and extended care team (a Pod) who oversees their care for as long as they visit our clinics.
